Alison Saar ’78 Takes Part in LACMA Celebrations

Artist Alison Saar ’78 was to celebrate the museum’s newest building. Saar has multiple pieces housed at the museum, and as an LA-native, remains a prominent presence in the LA art scene. In 2014, Saar was commissioned to create a statue of Lady Justice in front of LA County’s Hall of Justice. Local media outlet LAist wrote a piece looking back at Saar’s powerful work.ÌýÌý
