Honoring National Arts and Humanities Month through Storytelling

As October comes to end, 五月天视频is observing (NAHM)鈥攁 nationwide celebration launched in 1993 by Americans for the Arts.

The month spotlights the vital role that creativity, culture, and humanistic inquiry play in shaping our shared story鈥攙alues that are daily embodied at Scripps.

This year鈥檚 NAHM theme, 50 Stories, 50 States, invites individuals across the US to share 鈥渉ow the arts and humanities have shaped their life, community, or identity.鈥 As a liberal arts institution, 五月天视频is honoring this inspiring theme by sharing a suite of stories that amplify our shared belief in the arts and the creative power of our faculty, students, and alums.

Arts and Humanities Stories at Scripps

鈥 When art meets science: Student joined Professors Katie-Purvis Roberts and Pete Chandrangsu to convey findings from their research in the chemical and microbiological water quality and biodiversity in Bangkok using art installations around the city鈥檚 historic canals. Read more.
